Job Description
•Provide consolidation and analytical support during the month-end process, operating plan, quarterly forecasts and long range plans (LRP).
•Prepare analysis, reporting and presentations for the month-end close process by focusing on Key codes, Sales and AGP and profitability by product and product families. Participate together with Regional marketing on monthly business calls and reviews with each country within the region.
•Evaluate monthly results in order to ensure consistency and reasonability
•Develop benchmarking indicators across business units/countries.
•Perform GBU special projects with heavy financial analysis and provide recommendations
•Support other functional areas including marketing, sales, with forecasts, budgets and monthly expenses, variations and business development opportunities.
•Recommend process improvement in all areas of responsibilities
Job Requirements
•Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
•Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
•Strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment.
•Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally.
•Working knowledge of PC applications (ie. Excel/Access).
•Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
•Detail oriented.
•Ability to manage tasks concurrently
