Senior Recruiter Merchandising
- Implement all strategic recruitment initiatives and policies to ensure effective staffing and retention of NSSC associates in assigned functional areas. - Provide superior level of recruitment customer service and support to internal clients. Become a true business partner with each assigned NSSC department. - Identify, recruit, screen, interview and recommend talented prospective candidates for employment - full recruitment life cycle for exempt level searches. - Deploy leading edge selection and recruitment systems, processes and procedures. - Partner with Human Resources Directors on recruiting strategies for respective families of business. - Manage all unsolicited resumes and employment communications. - Manage a Recruiting Coordinator's activities to effectively support the recruiting process. - Maintain various recruitment-related metrics to include: Weekly Openings Reports, Length of Time to Fill, Source of Hires, Positions filled, and Retention. - Participate in career fairs and other outside recruitment programs as needed.
