This position is responsible to manage Biotest's sales and manfacturing operations planning processes to ensure adequate support structure for all manufacturing activities. This includes monitoring sales projections, manufacturing schedules, resource allocation, procurement, materials management and inventory control utilizing SAP modules and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems. Develop and implement business processes to improve utilization of SAP and improve efficiency of BPC's Supply Chain. Champion BPC's implementation of a Sales and Operations Planning process. Responsible for development of additional metrics as needed to drive business process improvements. Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of SAP, MRP systems and Microsoft Office application. Strong management skills and communication skills, the ability to plan, budget and organize effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
