Key Responsibilities: * Promote, sell and/or service the organization's products and services by receiving or placing telephone calls. * Inform customers of the organization's products and/or services. * Record and report results.
Required skills/experience: * A minimum of 2 years related experience of successful sales and customer service. * A proven ability to meet sales goals. * Demonstrated problem solving skills. * Above average PC skills and experience working in a Windows environment. * Excellent communications skills. * The ability to multi-task. * A responsible and self-disciplined attitude. * A passion for excellence. * The motivation to succeed and grow professionally. * Must be able to work during Sales Center hours (see below). Desired skills/experience: * Florida Property & Casualty (2-20) or Personal Lines (20-44) license. * Call Center experience. * Insurance experience. * Bilingual (English/Spanish). Our sales center is open until 10pm Weekdays and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays. Individual work schedules will vary to sufficiently staff these hours.
