Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist administers skilled physical therapy treatments, individual and group, according to the established Plan of Care, utilizing appropriate procedures, equipment and techniques within the scope of practice of physical ducts a thorough initial assessment of the patient to determine functional abilities/deficits and rehabilitation potential.Develops and implements an individualized Plan of Care containing achievable/functional goals, timeframes and treatment methods.Provides and documents initial and ongoing patient/family education as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
FL License
BLS
Hospital and Cardiac experience preferred
