Physical Therapist PRN
Description: Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering Physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in order to produce effective outcomes. The staff therapist coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff. Communicates and assists in resolving problems. Demonstrates effective resource utilization, which is critical to operational stability within the organization. Participates in performance improvement and program growth. Participates in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, a Bachelor's Degree with a certificate in Physical Therapy, or a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and current licensure in the State of Florida.
