Job Description: Responsible for promoting and marketing Raymarine products at various events throughout East Coast of the United States utilizing a mobile trailer outfitted with Raymarine electronics.
Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively promote Raymarine products one on one with end consumers Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile showroom including transportation of the Mobile Showroom to demonstration locations through the East Coast and setting up the Showroom at each event. Operate and care for a 24? trailer pulled by a heavy duty truck Plan and manage events at retailers, dealerships, tournaments, boat shows; trade shows; training seminars and OEM events Communicate with partner such as dealers and retailers to maximize impact for Raymarine and its customer(s) Complete operational and inventory checklist and keep adequate supplies of collateral and promotional materials Perform all other related duties as assigned Ability to operate and maintain truck, trailer, boat, and Raymarine products Excellent computer skills in Microsoft package for windows environment Self-Motivated Ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems Must have excellent communication skills, professional presence, and proven sales skills Able to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels and areas of business and customers Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail Must remain calm and professional under pressure Must have excellent professional verbal skills Must maintain confidentiality at all times on applicable matters Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds Able to work with minimum supervision Willingness to travel 75% Bachelor?s degree required
Qualifications: Up to 2 years experience operating truck or trailer Must have Class A commercial drivers license and clean driving record Marine industry or boating experience a plus
