The Facility Manger is responsible for safe, efficient, operations, maintenance, and cleaning of a large public venue facility. Management responsibilities include engineering, custodial, grounds maintenance, and large event setup and logistics. The Facility Manager should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures standard to the Facility Management industry. The Facility Manager relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish set goals. The Facility Manager will be asked to perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. The Facility Manager will leads and direct the work of others and oversee contractors for facilities renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical, production floor arrangement, etc.
