Our ASO model offers support with Payroll, Banking, Tax Filing & Compliance Issues, Employee Benefits, Insurance such as Pay-As-You-Go & Commercial Lines and HR.
We are seeking a District Sales Representative for new business and territory management in the Broward & Palm Beach County markets. This outside sales role will generate revenue by: Initiating & closing sales through telemarketing, foot canvassing & networking Develop relationships with business owners, CPA's & other referral sources Participate in business networking events Develop sales strategies Conduct and utilize territory analysis to target top prospects Top producer in meeting monthly sales quota Acceptable Education & Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline with 1-3 years proven sales & business development or Associate's Degree with 2-4 years field sales or High School Diploma with a solid 5+ years of outside sales Show proven sales successes in obtaining new business We offer base salary between mid$30s to low $40s depending on level of experience; first year potential earnings $60-65k Commissions start at 16.7%, accelerated commission program available Quarterly Bonus Program Monthly auto & cell allowance Obtain insurance license - yields residual commission opportunity
