CRM Analyst
The CRM/Loyalty Analyst supports corporate growth objectives by providing strategic customer analysis, segmentation and targeting for a multi-channel, multi-brand company in order to increase customer acquisition, growth and retention. Position can be defined as largely technical, including data mining and CRM administration tasks, with an emphasis on campaign development, segmentation and customer analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation of marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales and profit by way of executing targeted offers and promotion for multi-channel customer contacts.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis using corporate data mining tools to find new segmentation and growth opportunities based on customer/consumer attributes and demography.
- Create and product report and analyses aimed at supporting CRM/Loyalty marketing efforts. Identify opportunities to better align reporting capabilities to business needs or to serve those needs in a more efficient / effective manner.
- Perform database management including import new customers, synchronize list, manage customer file and ensure synchronization between systems.
- Owns measurement and optimization of ongoing campaigns and assists in structuring new campaigns based on corporate strategy and product focus.
- Assist in the development and execution of CRM/Loyalty initiatives and phased deployments of new functionality
